Ingredients

  • Lindt chocolates, milk chocolate truffles, white chocolate truffles, candy cane truffles
  • A variety of your favourite cookies
  • Dried fruit, such as figs, mango and apricots
  • Large pretzels
  • Marshmallows
  • Candy canes

Directions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. To melt chocolate, bring a medium pot filled a little less than halfway with water to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl that's just big enough to sit on top of the pot and add the chopped Lindt chocolate to the bowl. Keep the pot over low heat and stir the chocolate with a rubber spatula until silky smooth.
  3. Dip half of cookie in melted chocolate and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remains cookies, dried fruit, marshmallows and candy canes.
  4. Here is where you get creative by sprinkling the additional ingredients on the chocolate while its soft. Leave to rest on baking sheet until chocolate has hardened.
  5. Gently transfer to cookie boxes, cover with lid. Tie with a Holiday bow and add a tag.
