No churn tahini ice cream

No ice cream maker is needed! Make this velvety smooth rich ice cream with tahini, condensed milk and whipping cream.

Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla, tahini, and xanthan gum. Then fold in the whipped cream to incorporate, being careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan then cover with plastic. Place in the freezer to harden for three to four hours. Enjoy!
