  • 1/4 pint fresh strawberries
  • 20 ml aged balsamic vinegar
  • 15 ml olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Handful of fresh mixed microgreens or good quality baby greens

Directions

Pan Sear the Provolone

For the Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

  1. Slice strawberries thinly and toss gently in olive and balsamic.
  2. Add a few pinches of salt and pepper and chopped basil. Stir with a spoon to incorporate all flavours.
