Porto tonico

Portugal’s version of the classic gin and tonic, this cocktail is tasty, balanced and refreshing. 

SERVES
1

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white dry port
  • 4 oz (or to top) tonic water
  • Garnish: orange or lemon wedge, and rosemary or cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. In a wine glass filled with ice, liberally pour the Porto. 
  2. Top with tonic and stir with your garnish. 
  3. Serve with olives and salted potato chip for a unique flavour combination. Enjoy!
