Portugal’s version of the classic gin and tonic, this cocktail is tasty, balanced and refreshing.
SERVES

Ingredients
2 oz white dry port
4 oz (or to top) tonic water
Garnish: orange or lemon wedge, and rosemary or cinnamon stick
Directions
In a wine glass filled with ice, liberally pour the Porto.
Top with tonic and stir with your garnish.
Serve with olives and salted potato chip for a unique flavour combination.
