Porto tonico

Portugal’s version of the classic gin and tonic, this cocktail is tasty, balanced and refreshing.

Ingredients
- 2 oz white dry port
- 4 oz (or to top) tonic water
- Garnish: orange or lemon wedge, and rosemary or cinnamon stick
Directions
- In a wine glass filled with ice, liberally pour the Porto.
- Top with tonic and stir with your garnish.
- Serve with olives and salted potato chip for a unique flavour combination. Enjoy!
