Prosecco grapefruit punch

Ingredients

  • 750 ml ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup rosemary infused simple syrup
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • Ice or frozen citrus, to serve
  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish

Directions

  1. Mix the juice, vodka and simple syrup ahead of time, even the day before is fine.
  2. Right before serving gently add one bottle of dry (brut) prosecco. carefully pour into wide bowl wine glasses filled with frozen citrus (instead of ice).
  3. Garnish with a rosemary twig and serve. Enjoy!
