Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt regular, organic
- 1/3 cup cucumber grated, with juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon mint fresh, washed, finely chopped
Directions
- Add all the raita ingredients to a 250 mL mason jar. Place the lid and shake to mix.
- Store in the refrigerator until time to serve.
