Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt regular, organic
  • 1/3 cup cucumber grated, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon mint fresh, washed, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Add all the raita ingredients to a 250 mL mason jar. Place the lid and shake to mix. 
  2. Store in the refrigerator until time to serve.
