2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted
1/4–1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place the raspberries, 1/4 cup of icing sugar, and vanilla into your blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more sugar if desired then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Serve on waffles or use to make raspberry bellinis.
