Roasted red pepper and feta dip

Served with fresh pita bread, this roasted red pepper and feta dip is a quick holiday snack to whip up to feed a hungry crowd.


  • 4-5 roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese


  1. Add roasted peppers, evoo, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper to blender or food processor. Blend until well combined. Add feta and lightly pulse for a few seconds. 
  2. You want to incorporate the feta but not where it’s completely blended in. You may also just stir in crumbled feta by hand. Add to serving dish and enjoy!
