Sausage skewers with dipping sauce

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup grainy dijon mustard

Sausage Skewers

  • 20 1" pieces Italian sausages
  • 10 1" squares of red onion
  • 10 1" squares of red bell pepper
  • 10 1" cubes of pineapple
  • 1 zucchini, cut in 1/2" slices



For the Dipping Sauce

  1. In a small bowl stir together honey and mustard and set aside.

For the Sausage Skewers

  1. Preheat your grill to medium high or preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Insert zucchini slice, sausage, pepper, onion, a second piece of sausage and the pineapple onto a 6" bamboo skewer.
  3. Grill until sausage is cooked through, turning as needed or roast in oven for approximately 12 minutes until brown and sausage is cooked through. 

To Serve

  1. Serve skewers with honey mustard sauce. Enjoy!
