Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate chips

½ cup white chocolate chips

Zest of one orange

Pinch of salt

1 bag of large marshmallows

1 box of your favorite graham crackers
Directions
- In a 10 inch oven proof pan, or cast iron skillet, lay out the chocolate chips in an even mixed layer on the bottom.
- Coat the chocolate chips with the zest of the orange and pinch of salt
- On top of the chocolate, put the large marshmallows on top, standing, until you can no longer see the chocolate, really pack the marshmallows in there!
- Place pan in the oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees until the marshmallows on top are nicely golden brown.
- Break up your favorite graham crackers and place on the side for dipping.
- Server immediately and serve hot!
- Also, it is okay to melt the chocolate beforehand and put the marshmallows on top when guests arrive, then put the pan into an oven on broil to save more time. Either work!
