Spicy-icey
Ingredients
- Habanero ice cubes
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with tarragon
Directions
- Juice fresh whole habaneros in juicer. Dilute 1 part habanero juice with 10 parts water.
- Add to 1-inch ice cube molds. Freeze overnight.
- Fill a tall glass with the frozen habanero ice cubes.
- Add the lime juice, simple syrup and top with chilled water.
- Stir briefly, then garnish with a sprig of tarragon.
