Ingredients
Habanero ice cubes
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish with tarragon
Directions
Juice fresh whole habaneros in juicer. Dilute 1 part habanero juice with 10 parts water.
Add to 1-inch ice cube molds. Freeze overnight.
Fill a tall glass with the frozen habanero ice cubes.
Add the lime juice, simple syrup and top with chilled water.
Stir briefly, then garnish with a sprig of tarragon.
