  • Habanero ice cubes
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Top with soda water
  • Garnish with tarragon


  1. Juice fresh whole habaneros in juicer. Dilute 1 part habanero juice with 10 parts water. 
  2. Add to 1-inch ice cube molds. Freeze overnight.
  3. Fill a tall glass with the frozen habanero ice cubes.  
  4. Add the lime juice, simple syrup and top with chilled water. 
  5. Stir briefly, then garnish with a sprig of tarragon.
