Spicy salami rosette bites


  • 24 mini crostini crackers
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese, stirred to soften
  • 24 thin slices spicy Calabrese salami


  1. Spread heaped teaspoon of cream cheese onto each crostini. 
  2. Fold each salami slice in half length-wise and roll up lengthwise to form a rosette, pinching to hold shape. Press each rosette onto one crostini. 
  3. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for later use. Enjoy!
