Ingredients
24 mini crostini crackers
3/4 cup cream cheese, stirred to soften
24 thin slices spicy Calabrese salami
Directions
Spread heaped teaspoon of cream cheese onto each crostini.
Fold each salami slice in half length-wise and roll up lengthwise to form a rosette, pinching to hold shape. Press each rosette onto one crostini.
Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for later use.
