The great rum pumpkin patch
Ingredients
Equipment:
- 1 cocktail shaker
- 1 strainer
- 1 60 milliliter (2 ounces) measure
- 1 whip cream siphon with CO2 charge
- 1 cocktail glass
Cocktail:
- 90 milliliters (3 ounces) guava or passion fruit juice
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 30 milliliters (1 ounce) fresh squeezed orange juice
- 90 milliliters (3 ounces) spiced rum
- Dash of all spice
Eggnog foam:
- 2 cups eggnog
Directions
Eggnog foam:
- Pour eggnog into a whip cream siphon, charge with one co2 charge. Shake well and reserve.
Cocktail:
- Place all measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker add five medium sized ice cubes, place lid on cocktail shaker and shake for five seconds, strain into favorite cocktail glass and top with eggnog foam and a sprinkle of all spice.
