Eggnog foam:
Pour eggnog into a whip cream siphon, charge with one co2 charge. Shake well and reserve.
Cocktail:
Place all measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker add five medium sized ice cubes, place lid on cocktail shaker and shake for five seconds, strain into favorite cocktail glass and top with eggnog foam and a sprinkle of all spice.
