Traditional dark and stormy
Maybe a cocktail isn't for you, but this dark and stormy beer will be! It pairs perfectly with gouda cheese since it has hints of salted caramel and is quite bold.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces dark rum
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick
Directions
- Pour two ounces of dark rum into a tall glass with ice.
- Add half an ounce of fresh lime juice.
- Finish off with three ounces of ginger beer.
- Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
