Whiskey dole whip

Vanilla and cinnamon combined perfectly with the pineapple in this delicious slushie cocktail.

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup Amarula
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice (preferably crushed)
Directions
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, coconut milk, whiskey, Amarula, pineapple juice and ice.
- Pour into a margarita glass and enjoy!
TIP: The danger with wanting to have a slushie that’s firm is that the drink loses its balance and can become diluted. That’s why it’s best to use frozen fruits and even pour some of the liquid that would be used in the drink into the freezer (for example lemonade). Add your ice at half a cup at a time. Blend until you get the right consistency that you want. And remember, sometimes to get those flavours to pop, you just need to add in a dash of sugar or simple syrup.
