Yuzu pear creamsicle

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces soy milk
  • 2 ounces yuzu juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce pear syrup
  • 2 ounces steeped tea (English Breakfast)
  • Mint sprig

Directions

  1. Fill stemless wine glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour two ounces of vodka, two ounces of soy milk, two ounces of yuzu juice, 1/2 ounce of lime juice, 1/2 ounce of pear syrup, and top with two ounces of chilled English Breakfast steeped tea.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with mint sprig.
