Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper
Add the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs,garlic, ginger, coriander, onion powder, salt and parsley to a bowl. Mix well so everything is well combined.
Scoop the turkey mixture into 2 heaping tablespoons portions. Use slightly damp hands to roll the turkey meatballs, this will yield about 32 meatballs. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake the meatballs for 18 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking. Remove them from the oven and let them cool. Transfer the meatballs to an air-tight container and store them in the refrigerator until ready to use.
