Mango guava breakfast smoothie

Bring the tropical vibes to the breakfast table with this easy and refreshing smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup guava, seeds removed and cut into chunks (about 4 guavas)
  • 1 1/2 cup local Ontario milk, adjust based on desired thickness
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup for sweetness and flavour

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
