Bring the tropical vibes to the breakfast table with this easy and refreshing smoothie recipe.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
1 cup guava, seeds removed and cut into chunks (about 4 guavas)
1 1/2 cup local Ontario milk, adjust based on desired thickness
1/3 cup water
1 to 2 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup for sweetness and flavour
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
