6 jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons finely diced roasted red peppers
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and black pepper
1 tube crescent rolls
Directions
Heat your oven to 400ºF and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Slice the jalapenos in half, remove the seeds and ribs, and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, roasted red pepper, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper and divide the mixture into the jalapeno halves.
Unroll the crescent rolls and pinch the seams together. Cut the dough into one-quarter-inch strips and wrap around the stuffed jalapeno to enclose the filling.
Transfer to the prepared sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Allow the jalapeno poppers to cool slightly before digging in. Enjoy!
