Jalapeno Poppers

The perfect spicy and creamy appetizer. Crescent rolls wrapped around jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, roasted red peppers, and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 6 jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons finely diced roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tube crescent rolls
Directions
- Heat your oven to 400ºF and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Slice the jalapenos in half, remove the seeds and ribs, and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, roasted red pepper, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper and divide the mixture into the jalapeno halves.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and pinch the seams together. Cut the dough into one-quarter-inch strips and wrap around the stuffed jalapeno to enclose the filling.
- Transfer to the prepared sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Allow the jalapeno poppers to cool slightly before digging in. Enjoy!
