Jura of your peers cocktail
There is a lot of mythology around planter’s punch but one of the basic refrains is my favourite: one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, and four of weak.

Ingredients
- 1oz lime juice
- 2 oz guava-peppercorn syrup
- 3 oz scotch
- Ice
- 5 dashes of angostura bitters
Directions
- Combine lime juice, guava-peppercorn syrup, and scotch in your shaker tin. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain over ice into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with orange and lemon half-wheel. Serve and enjoy!
