We're all familiar with the Aperol spritz, and undoubtedly, its iconic status is well-deserved. However, we're excited to showcase the versatility of a spritz by introducing you to a delightful variation. This recipe embraces Lillet Blanc as a substitute for Aperol, offering a unique twist to the flavour profile.

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey dew melon, roughly chopped
- 1 peach, roughly chopped
- 1 grapefruit wheel slice
- 1 1/2 cups Lillet Blanc
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 bottle sparkling wine or prosecco
- Extra fruit, for garnish
Directions
- In your French press, add in your honey-dew melon, peach and a grapefruit wheel slice. Add in your Lillet Blanc and grapefruit juice. Cover and place into the fridge for a few hours.
- When ready to pour into individual glassware, add ice and add one part of the French press mix with one and a half to two parts sparkling wine (depending on your preference).
- Garnish individual glasses with additional melon slices and grapefruit wheel. Serve and enjoy!
