Preheat oven to 350F (176C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss together. On a prepared sheet pan, spread the mixture into an even thin layer (about 16x12 inches) and bake until very lightly golden, about 10-12 minutes. Cool completely, crack into pieces and store in an airtight container until serving.
Store for up to 1 week. Use on charcuterie boards, bagged as a gift or cracked onto acidic salads. Enjoy!
