Ingredients

  • 60 milliliters Aperol
  • 125 milliliters sparkling white wine
  • 125 milliliters freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice
  • 3 cocktail olives

Directions

  1. Fill a wine glass halfway with ice. Pour the Aperol, sparkling wine, and juice over the ice. Garnish with a skewer of cocktail olives.
