A great recipe for when the pantry is looking a little bare.
SERVES

15 Mins
Ingredients
For the dough:
2 cups, whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup, vegetable oil
3/4 cup water or more to form dough
For filling:
1 cup, shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup, minced white onion
1 Thai green chili, minced
Directions
Mix together flour, salt, and oil in a bowl.
Gradually add water until a soft, and slightly sticky dough forms. Set aside to rest for 15 minutes.
Combine all filling ingredients and set aside.
Pinch golf ball sized pieces of dough and gently press to flatten.
Fill with one to two tablespoons of cheese mixture, and bring in all sides of the dough to close.
Roll out on a floured surface until evenly thin.
Heat a frying pan on medium high. Place rolled dough on pan, and cook for 30-45 seconds a side, until slightly charred.
Remove from pan, and cut into fours to serve.
