Chili cheese parathas

A great recipe for when the pantry is looking a little bare.

Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cups, whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup, vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water or more to form dough
For filling:
- 1 cup, shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup, minced white onion
- 1 Thai green chili, minced
Directions
- Mix together flour, salt, and oil in a bowl.
- Gradually add water until a soft, and slightly sticky dough forms. Set aside to rest for 15 minutes.
- Combine all filling ingredients and set aside.
- Pinch golf ball sized pieces of dough and gently press to flatten.
- Fill with one to two tablespoons of cheese mixture, and bring in all sides of the dough to close.
- Roll out on a floured surface until evenly thin.
- Heat a frying pan on medium high. Place rolled dough on pan, and cook for 30-45 seconds a side, until slightly charred.
- Remove from pan, and cut into fours to serve.
