Cider punch

Combine the delicious flavours of brandy and apples for this cocktail. 

SERVES
1

Ingredients

  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 4oz apple cider
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 1oz Pear Eau de Vie
  • 0.5oz aromatized wine
  • 0.3oz juice of a quarter lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade

Directions

  1. In a heat-proof mug, lightly muddle cardamom pods and pour in apple cider and cinnamon stick. Cover and heat up in the microwave for two minutes on high. Let cool completely.
  2. In a shaker tin, add eau de vie, aromatized wine, lemon and marmalade. Shake and strain into a tall Collins glass.
  3. Top with flavoured apple cider.
  4. Garnish with a pear slice. Enjoy!
