Cider punch

Combine the delicious flavours of brandy and apples for this cocktail.

Ingredients
- 4 cardamom pods
- 4oz apple cider
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 1oz Pear Eau de Vie
- 0.5oz aromatized wine
- 0.3oz juice of a quarter lemon
- 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade
Directions
- In a heat-proof mug, lightly muddle cardamom pods and pour in apple cider and cinnamon stick. Cover and heat up in the microwave for two minutes on high. Let cool completely.
- In a shaker tin, add eau de vie, aromatized wine, lemon and marmalade. Shake and strain into a tall Collins glass.
- Top with flavoured apple cider.
- Garnish with a pear slice. Enjoy!
