Ice cuvée French 75

Ingredients

  • Chilled vodka (could use citrus vodka if you have it)
  • 30 millilitres (1 ounce) fresh lemon juice
  • 148 millilitres (5 ounces) Peller Estates Ice Cuvée Rosé
  • Lemon twist or raspberries

Directions

  1. Pour vodka and lemon juice in a champagne flute swirl to blend. Top with bubbly and gently swirl to again to combine. Garnish with lemon twist or raspberries.
