  • 45 milliliters (1.5 ounces) Irish whiskey
  • 90-120 milliliters (3-4 ounces) coffee
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 30-60 milliliters (1-2 ounces) heavy cream

  1. Warm your mug. The drink will stay warmer longer this way.
  2. Pour whiskey into mug. Add 90-120 milliliters (three to four ounces) coffee. Stir in the teaspoon of sugar. (Use whatever sugar you want. I'm using brown because that makes it more rich.)
  3. In a shaker tin, or with your milk frother, or tiny whisk,, foam up your cream.
  4. Then VERY carefully pour on top of the coffee.
