2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) matcha powder

1 cup (240 milliliters) water
Directions
- Heat water in a kettle to just before boiling.
- Add, or sift, matcha powder into a mug. Add a small amount of hot water from the kettle and use a whisk to make a paste. Continue pouring hot water and whisk to incorporate.
