Patio Sunday
Ingredients
- 473 milliliters (16 ounces) gin
- 237 milliliters (8 ounces) lemon
- 237 milliliters (8 ounces) honey syrup
- 10 drops Absinthe Or Herbsaint
- Seasonal berries and herbs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir vigorously to slightly break up the herbs and berries.
- Right before serving, add lots of ice and stir again. (Don’t let the ice sit in the pitcher for a long time before serving, as it will melt and dilute the drink.)
- Pour into ice-filled glasses and serve.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and berries.
