  • 473 milliliters (16 ounces) gin
  • 237 milliliters (8 ounces) lemon
  • 237 milliliters (8 ounces) honey syrup
  • 10 drops Absinthe Or Herbsaint
  • Seasonal berries and herbs


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir vigorously to slightly break up the herbs and berries.
  2. Right before serving, add lots of ice and stir again. (Don’t let the ice sit in the pitcher for a long time before serving, as it will melt and dilute the drink.)
  3. Pour into ice-filled glasses and serve.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and berries.
