1 scoop rooibos tea or tea bag
Directions
- Add a scoop of loose leaf rooibos tea to a tea diffuser, or add a tea bag of rooibos, to a mug or cup.
- Heat water in a kettle until boiling.
- Pour water over tea leaves or bag.
- Let steep for five to ten minutes.
- Remove tea leaves or bag.
- Drink on its own or with honey and lemon, or milk and sugar and enjoy!
