1.5 ounces Calvados

2 ounces apple juice/cider

3-4 ounces champagne or sparkling wine

Mint sprig
Directions
- In a tumbler, place the top of a mint sprig. Add the calvados and press the mint into the liquor gently. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add apple cider. Top with sparkling wine.
