We don't know many people who would turn down a traditional mimosa, but this incredible twist on the classic cocktail is for the beer lovers out there. Swap the prosecco for some beer and add delicious elderflower liqueur for the perfect pairing of flavours. It might just become your new go-to drink!

The Dad-Mosa
- 1/2 bottle of beer
- 2 oz. orange juice
- 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
- Orange slice or blood orange slice for garnish
Directions
- Choose your favourite beer glass, the tulip shape is a great option since it's a little more elegant than a mug or pint.
- Pour ½ your beer (preferably something light and fruity like a Millstreet Organic White) into the glass, then add your orange juice and elderflower liqueur.
- Give it a quick stir and garnish with your orange slice!
