Espresso Chocolate Affogato Crunch Cups

Ingredients

  • 4 large scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream
  • 4 shots freshly brewed espresso (about ½ cup total)
  • 2 oz dark chocolate (70% or higher), finely chopped
  • 4 biscotti, roughly crushed
  • Flaky salt, for finishing

Directions

  1. Scoop the ice cream into four individual serving glasses and get everything else ready to go — this one moves fast!
  2. Pour a hot shot of espresso directly over each scoop, then immediately pile on the chopped dark chocolate and crushed biscotti. Finish each cup with a pinch of flaky salt and serve right away.
