Japanese Tuna Tartare with Nori

Ingredients

  • 6-8 ounces sushi grade tuna, minced
  • ½ of an avocado, diced
  • ⅓ cup cucumber, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 red finger chili, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hoisin
  • 10-12 nori sheets

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except nori sheets) together in a bowl.
  2. Plate and serve with nori sheets on the side. Spoon tartare onto nori sheets as you eat. enjoy!
