Japanese Tuna Tartare with Nori Ingredients
- 6-8 ounces sushi grade tuna, minced
- ½ of an avocado, diced
- ⅓ cup cucumber, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 red finger chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hoisin
- 10-12 nori sheets
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except nori sheets) together in a bowl.
- Plate and serve with nori sheets on the side. Spoon tartare onto nori sheets as you eat. enjoy!
