Loaded Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • Zest and juice from ½ of a lemon
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp minced Calabrian chilies or Calabrian chili paste
  • ⅓ cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup parsley, finely minced
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup basil, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup pecorino, grated

Finish with:

  • Flakey salt and ground black pepper to taste

Serve with:

  • Grilled sourdough, warm baguette, or warm flatbread

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large serving dish.
  2. Serve with warm bread of choice for dunking and sopping.
