Ingredients
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
- Zest and juice from ½ of a lemon
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp minced Calabrian chilies or Calabrian chili paste
- ⅓ cup kalamata olives, sliced
- ¼ cup parsley, finely minced
- ¼ cup green onions, finely sliced
- ¼ cup basil, finely sliced
- ¼ cup pecorino, grated
Finish with:
- Flakey salt and ground black pepper to taste
Serve with:
- Grilled sourdough, warm baguette, or warm flatbread
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large serving dish.
- Serve with warm bread of choice for dunking and sopping.
