2 tablespoons sesame seeds one white and one black
1 tablespoon dehydrated garlic
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Directions
Add the yogurt, fish, onion, dill, lemon, capers, and everything-bagel seasoning- to a large bowl and mix together well- check for seasoning. Set aside.
To serve prep and cut the vegetables and add the dip to a nice platter. Enjoy!
