Easy lobster dip appetizer

Cream cheese and tinned lobster are a simple pairing that never fails to please. Whip this up quickly, and serve it with fresh veggies for an impressive way to start a meal with your friends and family.

Ingredients
- 1 tin of lobster
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tempered butter
- Garlic, fresh herbs and lemon zest
Directions
- Drain your Lobster. Reserve its butter and bits for toast.
- Whip cream cheese, sour cream, and butter in a mixer on high until light and fluffy. Fold in your Lobster meat from the tin, reserving the oil to drizzle on top.
- Add garlic, fresh herbs, lemon zest, or whatever you like to brighten it up. Place in a serving bowl, and serve alongside fresh veggies, endives, or crackers. Enjoy!
