Ingredients
1 tin of lobster
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons tempered butter
Garlic, fresh herbs and lemon zest
Directions
Drain your Lobster. Reserve its butter and bits for toast.
Whip cream cheese, sour cream, and butter in a mixer on high until light and fluffy. Fold in your Lobster meat from the tin, reserving the oil to drizzle on top.
Add garlic, fresh herbs, lemon zest, or whatever you like to brighten it up. Place in a serving bowl, and serve alongside fresh veggies, endives, or crackers. Enjoy!
