Kid-tested homemade pizza

Ingredients
4 4x10 inch rounds pizza dough
4 cups homemade tomato sauce
454 grams grated mozzarella
2 cups small pepperoni (optional)
454 grams assorted grilled vegetables (optional)
1/2 cup basil leaves (optional)
1 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Salt, to season
Pepper, to season
Directions
Prep your
pizza dough
and
tomato sauce
in advance.
On a pizza peel or tray, place the rolled dough. Ladle down sauce, then top as you wish.
Set the pies on a pizza stone into a preheated 450F oven for six to seven minutes at least, until the top is golden and crisp.
