Kid-tested homemade pizza
Ingredients
- 4 4x10 inch rounds pizza dough
- 4 cups homemade tomato sauce
- 454 grams grated mozzarella
- 2 cups small pepperoni (optional)
- 454 grams assorted grilled vegetables (optional)
- 1/2 cup basil leaves (optional)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
- Salt, to season
- Pepper, to season
Directions
- Prep your pizza dough and tomato sauce in advance.
- On a pizza peel or tray, place the rolled dough. Ladle down sauce, then top as you wish.
- Set the pies on a pizza stone into a preheated 450F oven for six to seven minutes at least, until the top is golden and crisp.
