Little black bean dip

  • 367 grams black beans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
  • 1/4 cup apple cider or 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey or 5 drops monk fruit liquid


  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the s-blade.
  2. Process until smooth, stopping and mixing occasionally to ensure consistency.
  3. Garnish with cilantro or parlsey. 
  4. Serve on your favourite cracker or with chopped vegetables.
