Ingredients
60 milliliters (2 ounces) gin
5 centimeter piece of cucumber
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Squeeze of lemon
1 cup green tea
Piece of fresh ginger
Basil leaves
Directions
Muddle cucumber and ginger with a pinch of salt and simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake in a martini shaker with ice cubes, then pour into martini glass with cucumber and basil leaves for garnish.
