Ingredients

  • 120 milliters (4 ounces) white rum
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • Ginger beer
  • 3 kiwis (more for garnish)

Directions

  1. Zap three kiwis and sugar and rum plus some ice cubes in a blender/bullet.
  2. Pour into tall glasses.
  3. Top with the ginger bear.
  4. Garnish with slices of kiwi fruit.
