Earl grey syrup:

1 cup granulated sugar

1 Earl Grey Tea bag
Bubbly earl:

22 millilitres (3/4 ounce) grapefruit juice

15 millilitres (1/2 ounce) Earl Grey Syrup

60 milliliters (2 ounces) sparkling wine
Directions
Earl grey syrup:
- Pour one cup boiled water, one cup granulated sugar with one Earl Grey Tea bag. You give this a stir and voila you are done!
- The Earl Grey syrup can last in the fridge for two weeks.
Bubbly earl:
- Grab your flute glass, fill with grapefruit juice, Earl grey syrup and top with sparkling wine!
