Bubbly earl cocktail

Earl grey syrup:

  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Earl Grey Tea bag

Bubbly earl:

  • 22 millilitres (3/4 ounce) grapefruit juice
  • 15 millilitres (1/2 ounce) Earl Grey Syrup
  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) sparkling wine


Earl grey syrup:

  1. Pour one cup boiled water, one cup granulated sugar with one Earl Grey Tea bag. You give this a stir and voila you are done! 
  2. The Earl Grey syrup can last in the fridge for two weeks.

Bubbly earl:

  1. Grab your flute glass, fill with grapefruit juice, Earl grey syrup and top with sparkling wine!
