60 milliliters (2 ounces) Irish Whiskey

2 scoops of mint ice cream

1 cup milk

3 drops of vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for five to eight seconds.
- Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass.
- Drink slowly because there is more booze in here than it tastes like.
- Tip: The cool thing about this drink is that if dairy gives you bubble guts, you can just use whichever non-dairy ice cream or milk you are used to. Also, it's St. Patrick’s day so don’t worry too much about measuring here. Whatever tastes good to you will do.
