Directions
Froth the oat milk and syrup until thick and foamy. A handheld frother is easiest, but a hard shake in a sealed jar with ice works if you don’t have one.
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the tonic. Pour the cold brew slowly over the back of a spoon so it layers over the tonic for that two-tone look and add the coffee liqueur now if you’re spiking it. Spoon the oat milk foam over the top and finish with a twist of orange. Give it a stir before drinking to pull it all into one.
