Ingredients
- 12 oz limoncello
- 4 oz vodka
- 4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz rich syrup
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Combine water, limoncello, vodka, lemon juice, and rich syrup. Pour into a shallow container.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours, scraping every couple hours with a fork.
- Spoon into a coupe glass, top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with small basil leaf.
