Frozen Limoncello Basil Slush

Ingredients

  • 12 oz limoncello
  • 4 oz vodka
  • 4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz rich syrup
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Combine water, limoncello, vodka, lemon juice, and rich syrup. Pour into a shallow container.
  2. Freeze for 4-6 hours, scraping every couple hours with a fork.
  3. Spoon into a coupe glass, top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with small basil leaf.
