Lychee Spritz Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lychee juice, chilled
  • 1 cup Lillet Blanc
  • ½ cup triple sec
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
  • Mint springs, for garnish
  • Ice for serving

Directions

  1. To a large pitcher or punch bowl add the lychee juice, Lillet Blanc, triple sec, lemon juice, and raspberries. Mix with a spoon.
  2. Slowly pour in the chilled prosecco, and mix again.
  3. Fill wine glasses with ice, and top with the punch. Garnish with mint springs.
