Lychee Spritz Punch

Ingredients
- 2 cups lychee juice, chilled
- 1 cup Lillet Blanc
- ½ cup triple sec
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
- Mint springs, for garnish
- Ice for serving
Directions
- To a large pitcher or punch bowl add the lychee juice, Lillet Blanc, triple sec, lemon juice, and raspberries. Mix with a spoon.
- Slowly pour in the chilled prosecco, and mix again.
- Fill wine glasses with ice, and top with the punch. Garnish with mint springs.
