Ingredients
- 1 oz Canadian gin
- 1/2 oz strawberry-rhubarb syrup*
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz Canadian Sparkling Rosé
- Rhubarb ribbon
- Ice
*Strawberry-Rhubarb Syrup:
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Add gin, strawberry-rhubarb syrup, and lemon juice to a wine glass filled with ice.
- Stir and top with sparkling rosé.
- Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
For the syrup:
- Add chopped strawberries and rhubarb to a pot with water and sugar .
- Simmer on med-low heat and stir until sugars have dissolved.
- Strain out the solids, cool, and keep in a jar
