Til Death Do Us Part

Ingredients

• 4 oz Mezcal
• 2 oz Blanco Tequila
• 4 oz Blackberry Cordial
• 4 oz Lime Juice

Blackberry Cordial

• 60g Blackberries
• 300g Sugar
• 200ml Hot Water

Directions

1. Add to blender with enough ice to cover the liquid plus a bit more.
2. Pour into margarita glass, and garnish with a white edible flower.

For the Blackberry Cordial:

1. In a mason jar, mash and macerate berries with the 300 g sugar, covered, for 4 hours at room temperature.
2. In a pot, add the mixture and 200ml water and cook until sugars are dissolved.
3. Strain out solids.
4. Bottle and refrigerate.
