Watermelon Mezcal Granita

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon, cubed & seeds removed
  • 6 oz Mezcal
  • 3 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz agave syrup
  • Tajín for garnish

Directions

  1. Blend the watermelon, tequila, lime juice, and agave in a blender.
  2. Pour into a shallow baking dish.
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours, scraping with a fork every hour to create crystals.
  4. Rim a fun margarita glass with Tajin, spoon in granita - serve with a small spoon.
