White Wine & Peaches (Pesche al Vino Bianco)

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 bottle of dry chilled white wine (such as Pinot Grigio)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
Directions
- Wash and slice the peaches into wedges. Leave the skin on for extra flavor and color.
- Place the peaches in a large glass bowl or pitcher.
- Pour the chilled white wine over the peaches.
- Add the lemon slices and mint leaves.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, preferably 4 hours, to allow the peaches to flavor the wine.
- Serve this in a large wine glass.
